Fast: One Meal and TV/Streaming
Scripture:
“Come now let us reason together", says the Lord. "Though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be white as snow; Though they are red like crimson, they shall be as wool” Isaiah 1:18 NKJV
Thought of the day:
Once again, Father God is wanting us to come to Him. This time He wants to talk about things we’ve done, sins we’ve committed. There are things that come to light in His presence. Sometimes, it is something we’ve done that we aren’t even aware was wrong? Sometimes, it is something that we know is wrong, that we may even have done premeditated. This is why the verse says let us reason together. The end objective is that we would be white as snow. There is nothing to fear, He has your best interest at heart. So come before Him now, open up your life before Him; lay it on the floor. Let Him take a look, so He can remove what’s wrong and make you white as snow. As He shows you what needs to be changed, just repent of what you've done wrong. He will then help you keep from doing it again.
Prayer:
Father, I am not perfect, we both know that, so right now I lay my life before You on the floor. I asked You to sift through and see if there’s anything that needs to be changed. I will gladly change so that I can have a closer relationship with You. Thank You now for revealing my sins to me. In Jesus name I pray, amen.
